Automatic Plate Development
Photopolymer plate processing is well proven, simple and reliable technology. After exposure, the plates are pre-heated, and then the overcoat is removed in the pre-wash section. The image is developed in the developer section, and the non-image area removed in the subsequent water-wash section. Finally the press-ready plates are gummed.
