Features
Multigrain technology

A complex grain structure, consisting of primary grain, honeycomb grain and
micropores to an aluminium support. This 'multigrain' structure produces
synergies that lead to outstanding printing efficiency, faithful tone
reproduction, long process life and simple platemaking.
High sensitivity

LH-PSE plates benefit from a highly sensitive emulsion, which results in minimal
laser power requirements and faster platesetter production (platesetter
dependent). Using LH-PSE plates provides high speed, high quality thermal
plates, assuring fast productivity in a demanding environment.
Extended run length

LH-PSE thermal plates benefit from extremely good press performance. The plates
will run around 200,000 impressions on press, but when baked, will run around
1,000,000 impressions, which makes them ideal for long run sheet and web offset
printing.
Fast and Simple processing
stages

LH-PSE processing stages are some of the fastest on the market. There is no
requirement to pre or post-bake the plate. This reduces the space required for
additional equipment, less capital expenditure, less opportunity for errors and
greater overall savings. The processing stages are simple and fast with a normal
dwell time in the developer bath of 14 seconds.
