Luxel F-6000
The Luxel F-6000 is a B2 format, internal drum red laser diode (635nm)
imagesetter. Benefiting from three laser configurations, this system can grow as
your business develops. The system is capable of producing up to 75 B2
plate-ready films per hour @ 2400dpi.

Compatible with most B2 press
formats
With a maximum film size of 760mm x 630mm, the Luxel F-6000 is compatible with
most B2 presses. Integrated punching enables the production of plate-ready film
for most B2 commercial sheetfed presses. Custom punches are available.

The Luxel F-6000 is available in 1, 2 or 3 laser configurations capable of
delivering 31, 55 or 75 B2 plate-ready films per hour @ 2400dpi respectively.
Traditionally as production demands have increased, users may have purchased
additional equipment or replaced their entire system. With the Luxel F-6000, an
initial dual laser system (representing the fastest film production system
available today) can have its life extended with an additional laser.

Benefiting from the use of many components from the proven B1 Sumo Luxel F-9000,
the Luxel F-6000 is an exceptionally reliable product. The intuitive touch
screen user interface enables operation and maintenance tasks to be easily
performed. The maintenance and serviceability of the system has also been
designed with the use of remote diagnostics in mind.
High speed production of B2
plate-ready film, capable of outputting a B2 flat in under 1 minute
Utilising some of the latest imaging technology, the Luxel F-6000 produces up to
75 B2 plate-ready films per hour at 2400dpi. In simple terms, the 3 laser system
is capable of delivering a B2 flat at a rate of more than one per minute @
2400dpi. No other imagesetter on the market today comes remotely near this level
of performance.
Quality without compromise
for long term reliability
The Luxel F-6000 employs a unique patented multi-laser imaging system enabling
extremely high imaging speeds without image degradation. Unlike competitive
systems which increase spinner speed (therefore degrading imaging quality), the
Luxel F-6000 can image up to 55 flats per hour @ 3657dpi with either high
quality FM or conventional 400lpi screen sets.
